The Senior Disability Case Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and adjudication of FMLA, state, municipal, and company specific leaves, Short Term Disability (STD) claims, and ADA / Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) accommodations.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, remote-friendly team that values expertise, empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement—supported by the scale and stability of a global health organization.

Key Requirements
5+ years of U.S. Absence and Disability Case Management experience
Proven experience managing ADA accommodation claims
Associate's degree required
Registered professional status in Disability Management or related health field
