  • Serve as the primary owner of Microsoft Teams and provide technical leadership for enterprise collaboration services, accountable for administration, strategy, governance, security/compliance alignment, and operational excellence.
  • Lead implementations and rollouts of Teams and other M365 services, drive feature adoption and change management, and build automation and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex issues, maintain documentation, and deliver training to end users and support teams.
