Conceptualize, build, simulate, and optimize discrete event models using Plant Simulation software to conduct throughput analysis, bottleneck identification, and logistics simulation & optimization.
Lead and coordinate simulation and planning efforts between teams to develop optimal solutions for designed concepts or current processes, delivering results according to project schedules and quality.
Act as a coach/mentor and provide guidance to resolve issues relevant to project deliverables, obtaining or providing approval/guidance for changes to processes and practices within your area of expertise.

Key Requirements
10-15 years in Automobile / Mechanical allied Engineering
Experience in Throughput Simulation Analysis for manufacturing systems
B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile)
Expert knowledge in Plant Simulation
Expert knowledge in Simtalk2
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python preferred)
