Job Summary
The Japan Immunology Disease Area Head (DAH) is a strategic leadership role within Medical Affairs, responsible for driving medical strategy and execution for BMS’s immunology portfolio.
You will lead and develop a team of 5–6 office-based Medical Leads and collaborate closely with field-based Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
This role involves preparing for and supporting the launch of new products in a diverse rheumatology/immunology pipeline, requiring strong collaboration with Commercial, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Market Access, and MSL teams.
