Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum of 3 shipped titles from inception to completion
  • At least 4 years in a management role
  • Direct experience as Lead Designer on AAA action game
  • Hands-on experience with character combat design
  • Extensive experience with core game loops and progression systems

Nice-to-have

  • Strong desire to apply metrics and data analysis
  • Experience with ongoing live support projects
  • Scripting/coding knowledge sufficient for design processes
  • Positive attitude and collaborative problem solving approach
  • High level of initiative and proactivity

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years in game development
