Job Summary

  • Support dealers in developing and implementing programs and processes to grow machine sales, attachments sales, parts and service, and CVA sales for BCP equipment.
  • Meet/exceed Business Plan Sales and Market Share targets for all machines and attachments sold and oversee service goodwill spending on all products within industry segment.
  • Responsible for leadership and supervision of industry field reps, including training and development of district sales and service staff.
