Job Summary

  • You will be directly integrated into teams for the valuation of real estate assets of all typologies.
  • You will contribute to the analysis and restitution of real estate asset data, including technical, economic, legal, environmental, fiscal, and commercial characteristics, as well as market analysis.
  • You will be trained in various valuation techniques, market studies, legal analyses, and technical analyses, and will have the opportunity to visit assets and collaborate with client asset management teams and Cushman & Wakefield departments.
