Job Summary

• The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
• Perform critical interaction with JCB clients, monitoring maturing transactions and proactively addressing their needs.
• Contribute to the growth of JCB and maximize overall client satisfaction by providing a wide range of services.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum one year client services experience in Financial Services
• In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Japanese language proficiency preferred
