Job Summary
Support on Sales & Aftersales business development of E-Commerce and physical channel through the analysis of business processes and data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing analysis and models, based on business needs, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Gather detailed business requirements, design and document end-to-end projects that yield improvements in data consumption and automation, and collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions.
Present the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner to the company so that they can make better business-related decisions and create attractive and understandable data graphs.
