Job Summary

  • Focus on planning and implementation of volunteer recruitment and management strategies, research, and data utilization to enhance the effectiveness of the Silver Generation Ambassador (SGA) volunteer programme.
  • Develop and propose new partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning and Corporate partners for volunteer recruitment, and track/monitor recruitment efforts, analyzing leads and providing monthly reports.
  • Support the planning, execution, and administration of volunteer appreciation and recognition initiatives, including awards and referral incentive programs, and plan engagement events for volunteers and partner organizations.
