The MRP Lead is responsible for ensuring availability of direct and consumables materials, while improving processes to balance service level, inventory, and cost of materials.
They will lead S&OP meetings with their suppliers, manage supplier order performance, and lead issue resolution of material supply disruptions.
The Lead serves as an experienced team member, responsible for driving MRP process standardization and continuous improvement and will onboard new team members.
