  • Assist lead teachers in providing high quality early care and education in classrooms with children from six weeks to seven-years-old.
  • Using developmentally appropriate practices, help children learn pro-social behavior, communication skills, language and early literacy skills, cognitive development, and participate in physical activities.
  • Assist in the development of emotional well-being of children by creating a climate of acceptance, empathy and diversity awareness for individual children.
