You will develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures to optimize costs and profitability while reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
Five plus years manufacturing experience
Hands-on molding and press process experience
Facilities management and project management skills
Preventive and predictive maintenance program implementation
Nice-to-have
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge
Strong judgment and initiative for problem solving
Experience supervising technical teams
Ability to interpret technical drawings
Fostering culture of safety and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
5+ years in manufacturing environment
Experience with molding and press processes
Proven facilities and project management experience
