Base: $63,000.00 - $77,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual production bonus up to 10%; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, HSA/FSA

Enforce compliance with OSHA, AAR, and FRA safety standards
Lead approximately 15 hourly employees in daily operations

Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing
Strong working relationships across departments and customers
