Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years experience
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Established background in Quality functions, processes, and procedures
  • Knowledge or ability to utilize PC Based information systems
  • Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles (Lean, ACE, QCPC, DIVE)
  • Supervisory experience with a Collective Bargaining Unit preferred
