Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current active LPN/LVN license required
Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement knowledge
MDS assessment and care plan coordination
Direct supervision of nursing assistants
Accurate medical charting and documentation
Infection control and safety protocol adherence
Nice-to-have
Experience with PCC software preferred
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Ability to handle difficult residents tactfully
Willingness to participate in continuing education
Positive emphasis on resident care environment
Key Requirements
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree
Current unencumbered active LPN/LVN state license
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
