Job Summary

• Professionally achieve regional business objectives and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan (POA), on-site strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policies and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
• Conduct SWOT analysis of the market and develop regional business plans based on key business objectives, while coaching and supporting medical representatives in implementing their business plans to ensure effective goal achievement.
• Develop capabilities according to the RAM capability model to improve efficiency and actively disseminate and develop AstraZeneca culture and leadership behaviors, serving as a role model for other employees.
