Job Summary
The Finance Manager role is responsible for external reporting, investment accounting, asset/portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and business partnering for student and multifamily portfolios.
Key responsibilities include the production of all external financial reporting, preparation of capital and return schedules, and ownership of asset/portfolio acquisition and disposal processes.
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover, requiring applicants to be comfortable with this arrangement.
