  • Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and application/infrastructure management on AWS and Salesforce CRM, monitoring application status, and intervening promptly in case of anomalies.
  • The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, including remote teams in India, to resolve issues and contributing to the definition of operational procedures and technical documentation.
