  • This position provides clerical and administrative support and relief of administrative detail for one or more locations.
  • Managing purchase orders and invoices for projects and daily operations, monitoring and maintaining supplies and inventory, and serving as first line of support for building service problems.
  • Assisting facility engineers and supporting maintenance and other related departments while demonstrating knowledge of strategies and tasks that support organizational goals.
