Job Summary

• The Wholesale Training and Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs, tools, and resources for General Motors’ District Sales Managers (DSM/VSM) and HQ personnel.
• Key responsibilities include leading new-hire onboarding, building a growth mindset curriculum, owning the annual wholesale training plan, and acting as product owner for DM-facing tools and reporting.
• The role requires strong collaboration across Sales, CCA, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate goals and foster a continuous-learning culture.
