Job Summary
The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing the kitchen for a multitude of tasks to include the day-to-day preparation of the meals within all of the F&B outlets and to continually uphold the standards in accordance with the Autograph Collection standards.
Responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day managing of the kitchen staff, basic and advanced sauce prep, butchering, line cooking, plating dishes, and expediting.
The role requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, stand for long hours, and work as a team in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
