Ferguson PLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance its Hospitality MRO business. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, particularly within the hospitality sector, and will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and collaboration

  • Lead all aspects of the development of key projects and is accountable for the successful closure of business deals.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of business development experience
  • Hospitality industry experience in MRO products
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results
  • Outstanding negotiating, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to make effective presentations
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Proficient use of technology (Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP)
