This role serves as the organizational lead for catastrophe risk initiatives, aligning underwriting, actuarial, reinsurance, product, and analytics teams to implement strategy.
You will interpret catastrophe model outputs and turn those insights into practical actions that balance growth, profitability, and risk resilience across our personal lines property portfolio.

Base: $136,890.00-$182,450.00 based on location; Bonus: Up to 12% of eligible pay via Annual Incentive Plan; Benefits: 401(k) with company match, annual bonus eligibility, flexible workplace

Key Requirements

CPCU and/or Actuarial exams preferred
