This role leads the Organizational Change Management function to ensure effective business readiness and adoption for the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Boeing Commercial Airplanes Global Supply Chain.
The successful candidate will manage a team of OCM practitioners responsible for executing change impact analysis, training, communications, and business readiness activities tied to SAP deployment.
