Job Summary

  • The Environmental Health and Safety Department (EH&S) supports and advances the teaching, learning, and research activities of the University of Washington by providing programs and services that foster a safe and healthy campus community.
  • This position is primarily responsible for facilitating the Research Occupational Health and Safety Program (ROH) which includes occupational health and safety in the animal care and use environment and support for the Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) Program.
  • This position provides and serves as the department’s technical subject matter expert for these program areas, ensuring compliance with federal, WA state Department of Safety and Health, local, accreditation requirements and funding agency requirements.

Salary

Pay Range Minimum: $90,000.00 annual; Pay Range Maximum: $105,000.00 annual; Benefits: https://www.washington.edu/jobs/benefits-for-uw-staff/
