Job Summary

• This role leads strategy, new business development, and operations to accelerate growth in J&J IM LATAM by building deep market and portfolio expertise, identifying portfolio gaps/white spaces, and translating trends and unmet needs into actionable strategies.
• The position also manages strategy and operations teams to align cross-functional execution, optimize resource allocation and go-to-market models, and report progress to executives, while establishing governance to drive key strategic initiatives and leading special projects.
• Developing, shaping, and implementing diagnostic and support programs, working in conjunction with local and regional teams, to enable patients to start and stay in treatment and get best possible health outcomes.
