The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative operations, project management, and effective cross-functional collaboration

Job Summary

  • This role is the operational backbone of Mindbody's creative team, owning the day-to-day traffic and resource management that keeps creative work moving.
  • You'll be the connective tissue between the Creative Director, VP of Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, making sure the right work gets done on time and in the right priority order.
  • Beyond creative operations, you'll also support broader marketing campaign efforts, driving project initiatives as needed.
