Job Summary

  • Develop, qualify, and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical/electronic assemblies, including PCB production, harnessing/wiring, and electronic box builds.
  • Produce and maintain manufacturing documentation, lead process validations, and interface with cross-functional teams to resolve producibility issues.
  • Support production ramps, capacity planning, and troubleshoot on the shop floor to ensure schedule and quality targets are met, implementing Lean and Six Sigma practices.

  • Familiarity with soldering, automated assembly, and test methodologies
