Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Arizona Driver's license
  • DOR Level I and DOR Level II certification within 18 months
  • Advanced coursework within 24 months
  • Three years appraisal or property experience
  • One year technical appraisal functions experience
  • Two years Ad Valorem appraisal experience
