Job Summary

• The Associate Director provides operational leadership and technical oversight for maintenance activities at a sterile product manufacturing site.
• This role actively participates in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) to ensure maintainability, reliability, and lifecycle considerations are incorporated into equipment design.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• 7 years maintenance experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
• 3 years supervisory or team-lead responsibility
