Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of translated and localized content, including identifying, analyzing, tracking, and fixing quality issues for multilingual projects.
Manage the workflow of incoming jobs, equitably assigning tasks to team members, pre-checking project files for cleanliness, and managing team capacity by monitoring workload.
Work with Team Leads, CD members, and the Head of Operational Excellence to document major quality issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of QC and QA processes.
