Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
3+ years of commercial or multi-family construction experience
Valid driver's license required for multiple sites
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore tools
Strong understanding of OSHA standards and safety practices
Nice-to-have
Experience with Primavera P6 and Timberline/Sage software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills
