Salary
Base: $157,500 - $236,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work arrangements
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years technical program management experience
U.S. Federal public sector initiative experience
SaaS development and migration leadership
Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud environments
Ability to manage complex dependencies and risks
Nice-to-have
Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC compliance
Proven ability to distill data for trade-offs
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
Experience with Jira and Confluence tools

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
