Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology or Life Sciences
  • 5+ years mechanistic PKPD and longitudinal disease modeling
  • Proficiency in NONMEM or R for pharmacometric tools
  • 3+ years planning and reporting clinical data analysis
  • Expertise in AI/ML applications in clinical pharmacology

Nice-to-have

  • Strong drive and learning agility for drug-disease systems
  • Experience with small molecules, biologics, and ADCs
  • Demonstrated aptitude for multi-disciplinary collaboration
  • Track record of implementing Model-Informed Drug Development
  • Ability to present strategy to governance boards and regulators

Key Requirements

  • PhD in Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology or relevant Life Sciences
  • Master degree with 4+ years relevant experience considered
  • 5+ years utilizing mechanistic PKPD and longitudinal disease modeling skills
  • Verifiable proficiency in NONMEM or R
  • 3+ years experience in clinical data analysis per industry standards
