Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction investigations, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, participating in Sales/Operations meetings, and managing price lists in Oracle, while ensuring compliance with SOX.
Supports customer requests for quotes and pricing, coordinates material returns, monitors progress from initial contact to final resolution, and provides timely reports on forecasts, shipments, sales, and inventory levels.
