The Procurement, Cost and Commercial Director is responsible for the management of the procurement, cost and commercial activities of the PMC.
Responsibilities include directing and managing the evaluation process for all tendered projects, developing and implementing cost estimating and commercial strategy, and directing the commercial team to ensure project objectives are met.
The role requires a BSc Quantity Surveying or Masters Degree with a minimum of 20 years overall experience, including 10 years in a similar role and 5 years in the Middle East.
