You will work in the dynamic environment of the Global Tribe - Financial Markets & Group Treasury, (FMGT) reporting locally to the CIO as part of the Tech Leadership Team, managing & developing the Chapter Leads, Chapters and Squads in your Area, responsible for stability and reliability of the IT services provided to the FM business

Job Summary

  • You will work in the dynamic environment of the Global Tribe - Financial Markets & Group Treasury, (FMGT) reporting locally to the CIO as part of the Tech Leadership Team, managing & developing the Chapter Leads, Chapters and Squads in your Area, responsible for stability and reliability of the IT services provided to the FM business.
  • Being the face of the UK in the Global FMGT Tribe Planning and managing the budget & resources of the IT Area, proactively monitoring your own budget and aligning with your counterparts.
  • Your day-to-day will involve building and maintaining sustainable relationships with key stakeholders (Trading, Risk Management, IT), focusing on understanding their challenges and opportunities to improve overall experience.
