Job Summary
Tooling Mechanics will operate metal working equipment including saws, drill presses, benders, swaging machine, pressure test benches, vapor degreaser and/or aqueous degreaser, and a variety of hand tools.
Position Responsibilities include reading and interpreting shop process specifications, blueprints, work instructions and visual aids to perform fabrication elements such as bending, cutting, swaging, installing fittings, cleaning, identifying, pressure testing and numerous end form operations.
The selected candidate must be able to work any shift, as assigned, and this is an hourly position governed by the IAM Collective Bargaining agreement.
