Job Summary
Responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects for various sites, ensuring delivery to meet JLL & clients standards in regard to health, safety, quality, cost and programme.
Manage projects in accordance with the requirements of the NEC3 Framework Contract and ensure works are carried out to a high standard complying with relevant British Standards, codes of practice and client Standards.
Ensure projects are completed snag and defect free, and that post completion deliverables such as final accounts and Operation & Maintenance information are delivered within the contracted timescales.
