Job Summary
The CA SCM manager’s responsibility is to ensure and improve Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.
This position will manage both sites of CA India SCM function’s activities and is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, ethical culture and work environment.
The Manager will take ownership and responsibility for ensuring the highest level of safety in their respective areas as well as coordinating with other areas to remain aligned with site-wide rules, policies, and initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
15 Years+ experience in manufacturing
led Supply Chain areas in automotive and or Chemical companies
experience in complex Matrix organizations
experience in building and maintaining positive customer relationships
