Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Pass spoken and written Spanish/English proficiency tests
  • Completion of Oregon Caseworker Competency coursework or equivalent
  • Criminal history and FBI CJIS fingerprint background check
  • Experience engaging trauma-impacted families
  • Must meet ORS 419B.021 educational requirements
