Job Summary

  • As a project manager, you are responsible for the realization of construction, renovation, asset maintenance, operation, and energy efficiency projects assigned to you.
  • You plan, direct, coordinate, and control activities related to the management of various real estate projects, including needs analysis, concept definition, plan and specification preparation, contract solicitation and adjudication, and work supervision.
  • You will be involved in design and provide technical advice and recommendations based on your expertise.
