• Ensure efficient inbound and outbound logistics operations, guaranteeing material availability for the line at the right time, in the correct quantity, and with product ready for processing according to quality, safety, and discipline standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental procedures for personnel, processes, materials, products, and equipment, ensuring a safe work environment and actively participating in the reduction of losses.
• Promote the development, training, communication, and discipline of the team oriented towards achieving objectives, while leading investigations of incidents involving area personnel.
