Job Summary

  • The incumbent is responsible for assembling component parts per print and inspecting them for conformance to specifications.

Salary

Base: $20 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and overtime pay available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays plus PTO

Must-have

  • 1 year related work experience
  • 2-4 years light assembly experience
  • Ability to read detailed instructions
  • Follow written procedures and MPIs
  • Visual and dimensional inspection skills

Nice-to-have

  • Medical device industry experience preferred
  • Blueprint reading ability
  • Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
  • IPC soldering standards certification
  • Cross-training willingness

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1 year Integer related work experience OR 2-4 years light assembly
  • Proficiency in assembly operations
  • Experience in regulated industry preferred
