Job Summary
This role will lead the strategy, implementation, and management of technology solutions that support pharma manufacturing operations, encompassing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Tech Transfer processes, Process Optimization initiatives, and iProcess Health systems.
The Associate Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing to drive operational excellence and ensure robust, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities include developing the TSMS technology roadmap, overseeing PLM and Tech Transfer, driving process optimization, ensuring iProcess Health governance, and leading change management and compliance efforts.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
12+ years of overall IT experience
10+ years in the pharma industry
5+ years of experience leading a team
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MES, ERP, and LIMS systems
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA) and quality standards
