Train pitchers at the MLB/Brazil Baseball Federation academy, working with various parties to implement effective short- and long-term strategies for participating athletes.
Foster strong communication and relationships between MLB, the Brazil Baseball Federation, Driveline, and local coaching staff to ensure coordination and buy-in across groups.
Incorporate and monitor player development technology to track and communicate player progress.
