The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or suspected abuse.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information while effectively communicating changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Strong communication skills with nursing team
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental staff
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
