The position requires partnering closely with SEO, Paid Search, Email, Product, UX, and Analytics teams to align acquisition strategy with on-site execution.
Compensation ranges from $90,200.00 to $158,040.00 annually, including medical benefits, a 401(k) match, and performance-based bonuses.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years CRO or web optimization experience
Proven track record of website A/B testing
Hands-on experience with form-based journey optimization
Strong understanding of mobile-first UX/UI principles
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals for on-page intent
Nice-to-have
Experience in residential mortgage or lending industry
Ability to balance traffic quality with conversion goals
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
Comfortable working in a noisy cubicle environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
5-8 years of experience in CRO, web optimization, or growth roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics platforms
Must have a smartphone meeting company security standards
