Job Summary

  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

Key Requirements

  • Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist
  • Application for phlebotomy license filed with WA Dept of Health
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
